The Botterill family are located 20 minutes down the road from Gelston in Croxton Kerrial and have proudly kept the family farms traditional farming practices which have been perfected over generations. 
 
Grown to maturity, Botterill's rear their ducks to more than double the commercial age. Their ducks have a lovely layer of fat underneath the skin on the breast, which keeps it moist during cooking.

All the Ducks come with giblets, which can be used to make the best gravy. This is included in the bird weight.
